Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.
This is a site operated by FOOD INNOVATIVES PRIVATE LIMITED and we are registered in Singapore under the Business Registration Number 202040748C and with our registered address at 160 Yishun Street 11 #01-216 Singapore 760160.
The expression “The Company” shall mean FOOD INNOVATIVES PRIVATE LIMITED and all its assigns and successors intitle.
1. Transaction currency and pricing
All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
2. Shipping and delivery within Singapore
Singapore delivery is available to all areas. The company will endeavour to the best of its ability to confirm all orders within a day and, in most cases, your order will be ready for delivery and will arrive on the date and time of request. Please contact us at foodinnovatives@gmail.com for details of any confirmed order or delivery not received.
Currently, we do not deliver out of Singapore.
3. Customer Service
The Company is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
4. Returns and refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Site. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the Site for any reason, please contact us via our contact page within 7 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return.
Please note:
Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
Items purchased online cannot be exchanged.
If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or does not do what it is supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit. However, please note that refund decisions are subjected to discretion and will be handled on case by case basis.
5. Errors
Whilst The Company takes all reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information on The Company's website (nohorserun.com.sg), from time to time there may be information on the website or in any sales literature, quotation, price list, tax invoice or other document or information issued by The Company that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing or availability. The Company reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted) without any liability on the part of The Company. The Company will not be bound by incorrect information which appears on the website (nohorserun.com.sg) or in any other document or information issued by The Company.

The Company's products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the policies above. The Company's website and all contents of this site are provided on an ‘as is’ basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by the Law of Singapore. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of The Republic of Singapore.
